End of Watch: December 28‚ 1983

Chief Osteen died following a sudden heart attack. His family‚ friends and co-workers will remember him as a devoted family man‚ a tireless worker and a sportsman with a strong competitive spirit.
 

His family summed up Louis’ personality as ‘a man with a ‘can do’ attitude who was involved in many activities‚ especially those which helped better the community.’

Neutral Grip Lat Pull Down:         3 sets/ 20, 15, 10 reps

T-Bar Row:   3 sets/ 20, 15, 10 reps

Incline Dumbbell Press:   3 sets/ 20, 15, 10 reps

Cable Crossover:   3 sets/ 20, 15, 10 reps

Barbell Curl:   3 sets/ 20, 15, 10 reps

Hammer Curl:    3 sets/ 20, 15, 10 reps

Two Arm Overhead Extension:   3 sets/ 20, 15, 10 reps

Rope Pushdown:   3 sets/ 20, 15, 10 reps

Crunches:   3 sets/ 20 reps

Hyperextensions:   3 sets/ 20 reps

Leg Press:   3 sets/ 20, 15, 10 reps

Leg Extension:   3 sets/ 20, 15, 10 reps

Stiff Legged Deadlift:   3 sets/ 20, 15, 10 reps

Leg Curl:   3 sets/ 20, 15, 10 reps

Standing Calf Raise:         3 sets/ 20 reps

Seated Calf Raise:             3 sets/ 20 reps

Today's workout requires weights.  For those that don't have access to gym equipment, do squats and lunges and leg-lifts in lieu of the leg press, curls, and extensions.
