Corporal Kevin Aigner passed away while assisting residents in an area devastated by a wildfire. 
 

Kevin loved being with his family and friends. He also enjoyed the outdoors, especially fishing and taking his jeep on trail rides. He is survived by his wife, two sons, two daughters, parents, and two sisters.

Barbell Curl:   3 sets/ 20, 15, 10 reps

Hammer Curl:    3 sets/ 20, 15, 10 reps

Two Arm Overhead Extension:   3 sets/ 20, 15, 10 reps

Rope Pushdown:   3 sets/ 20, 15, 10 reps

Crunches:   3 sets/ 20 reps

Hyperextensions:   3 sets/ 20 reps

Leg Press:   3 sets/ 20, 15, 10 reps

Today's workout requires weights.  For those that don't have access to gym equipment, do squats and lunges and leg-lifts in lieu of the leg press, curls, and extensions.
